Clarksville is a small community located in southwestern Ionia county.  It is surrounded by farmland and is conveniently situated between Grand Rapids and Lansing, just three miles south of I-96..  The town has a block-long main street section with many amenities including the Clarksville Elementary School, Library and several small businesses which make it an excellent place to visit, work and raise a family. 

Local events include annual Clarksville Ox Roast in August to the re-creation of Bethlehem Village in December.
